Robin Harris was an American comedian and actor. He is known for his sketch about “Bébé’s Kids,” and for his role in the film House Party, which was released nine days before his death. He also appeared in the films I’m Gonna Git You Sucka, Do the Right Thing, Harlem Nights, and Mo’ Better Blues. An animated film based on his sketch, Bébé’s Kids, was released in 1992.

Robin was the son of Mattie, a seamstress, and Earl Harris, a welder. His family moved to Los Anegles, California, in 1961. He was married to Exetta, until his death, with whom he had a son.
