Ljósmynd vikunnar – Páskar

eftir Håkon Broder Lund

Easter has come and gone. As a norwegian, I went back to high mountains of Norway to reconnect with some stereotypical traditions. We norwegians are known for our love for skiing and being outside with mother nature. This tradition is best shown during the Easter break where people flock up the hills to get the last snow of the season. It may be alpine skiing, ski touring, cross country or mountain skis. All equally loved in their respected areas in the mountain.

Other traditions also follows, like scavenger hunts, ski races or ski jumps whiting thin family, friends and/or local communities. Personally, it’s hard to beat a norwegian Easter.
