Keith Thurman is an American professional boxer. He was a unified welterweight world champion, later Super champion, having held the WBA title from 2015 to 2019, and the WBC title from 2017 to 2018. He is nicknamed “One Time.”

His father, Keith Thurman, Sr., is African-American, from Painesville, Ohio. His mother, Debra, who is also from Ohio, is of Hungarian and Polish descent. Keith is married to Nepalese-born Priyana Thapa.
