Eric Holder served as the 82nd United States Attorney General, from February 3, 2009 to April 27, 2015. He has also been Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, from 1988 to 1993, United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, from 1993 to 1997, and United States Deputy Attorney General, from June 13, 1997 to January 20, 2001.
