Lou Rawls was an American singer, record producer, composer, and actor. He is known for his song “You’ll Never Find Another Love like Mine.”

He was the son of Evlen (Allen) and Virgil Rawls. He was raised in the Ida B. Wells projects, on Chicago’s South Side, by his grandmother. Lou was married to flight attendant Nina, until his death. He had four children, including a son with Nina.
