Don Murray is an American actor He is known for his breakout performance in the film Bus Stop, with Marilyn Monroe, for which he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.
He is the son of Esthel/Ethel, a Ziegfeld Follies performer, and Dennis Aloisius Murray, a Broadway dance director and stage manager. He was raised partly in East Rockaway, New York.
